Spring Break Packages
Things to Take Into Consideration
Finally, Spring Break is just around the corner and it’s time to begin planning when, where, and how you will spend it.
Planning a Spring Break trip is really not that complicated simply because Spring Break has created an entirely independent market for itself. What this means is that instead of having to plan a trip piece by piece and starting from scratch, you can actually find a Spring Break Package with relative ease.
With that being said, you don’t want to just run out and book the first trip you find. There are several different things to think about when booking your Spring Break Package.
1) Are there any bonuses?
Many companies now know that students will pretty much spend the entire week under an ocean of alcohol and dancing, so they tend to try and entice you into booking with them by offering bonuses. In my opinion, I couldn’t care less if they are trying to use little “gimmies” to get my business. I say BRING ON THE BONUS!
The typical bonus is a number of free meals as well as extra hours of drinking. Some companies have been known to give you an extra 50 hours of drinking and up to 20 free meals. You’ll want to compare bonuses right up front and see who is giving you the best bang for your buck.
2) Entertainment
This really requires little explanation. Who knows you better than yourself? Basically, you just want to make sure that the entertainment provided by the company, property, or local area is up to par with what you are looking for.
3) Location
There are countless destinations for Spring Break and you can pretty much anywhere your heart desires.
You can find a destination that is loaded with Spring Break Party goers, or one that is a bit more on the quiet side for those who wish to actually try and relax while away from school.
Some of the things you will want to consider is costs involved, currency exchange rates, safety and security in the area, health related issues, and area climate.
4) Price
Know your budget. Aim to get the most bang for your buck with the least amount of sacrifices.
Last but not least… Be safe and party hard!
